  • After submitting the account opening request, you will receive an email with the application number. The account opening process will be completed after a video call is made to confirm the applicant's identity and verify the signature provided during the account opening request.
  • The customer acknowledges their legal eligibility and full mental capacity required to independently open and manage a personal account with the bank, and confirms that they do not fall under special circumstances that require someone knowledgeable about banking procedures (such as minors, visually impaired, illiterate individuals, etc.).
  • Once approved, the customer is bound by all the terms and conditions.
