  • The bank is committed to executing all banking instructions and transactions received from the customer that comply with the bank's work procedures, instructions from the competent official authorities, and banking conventions.
  • The bank shall debit the customer's account for any transactions and amounts executed by the customer through the electronic banking system. The customer is fully responsible for all obligations arising from the use of the service, whether those transactions were carried out with or without their knowledge. Upon the customer's authorization, the bank shall deduct the financial obligations resulting from the use of the system from their banking account linked to the service or any other account they hold with the bank without referring back to them. The customer is obligated to pay the fees and charges determined by the bank in return for benefiting from those services, which may be modified from time to time at the bank's sole discretion.
  • The customer acknowledges their full responsibility for their personal use of the banking system in accordance with the prescribed purposes and uses, and their responsibility for carrying out banking transactions, and any use of those services by the person authorized by them using the login data, user identity, and personal identification number (secret code). The customer is committed to maintaining complete confidentiality of these and not disclosing their personal data to any person, entity, or bank employee. The customer also acknowledges that the secret code is considered their personal signature, regardless of who uses the service. The bank shall not bear any damages, consequences, losses, or compensations resulting from non-compliance with any of the aforementioned, and the customer shall be responsible for the accuracy, integrity, and regularity of all transactions carried out through their use of the service.
  • The customer acknowledges that the bank, its affiliates, and employees are not responsible for any losses, damages, financial claims, or otherwise resulting from the use of the user identity and secret code. The customer is obligated to notify the bank in writing if they find that the user identity or secret code has become known to others, so that the bank can take the necessary action. The customer shall be responsible for all transactions and instructions issued by them until the bank receives the written notification.
  • The customer is committed to maintaining complete confidentiality of all data, information, account transactions, and any other data that can be accessed, downloaded, or stored from any computer device or the Internet. The customer is responsible for any unauthorized use or access, and all resulting consequences, losses, and damages, whether direct or indirect, to the customer or the bank.
  • The bank has the right to cancel these services at any time without prior notice to the customer.

  • The data and information received by the user from the bank or any accredited provider are provided on the basis of making reasonable efforts to ensure user convenience, but are not guaranteed. Therefore, the bank is not responsible for any deficiency, inaccuracy, incompleteness, availability, or timing of such data and information, or any other decision made using that data and information.
  • The bank shall not be responsible for any breaches, hacking, computer viruses, or information-related problems arising from services provided by any information provider, or that may arise from the user's personal device.
  • The bank has the right to modify these terms and conditions and notify the customer of the amendment(s).
